About Gringos
The Gringos Behind The Tacos
Gringos Tacos Denver was founded By Travis Nicoletti and Chris Carey in 2020 during the pandemic as a pop up location inside of BIker Jims, We launched our food truck May 5th 2021, and hit the ground running.
You can find Gringos Tacos at Red Rock Amphitheater for every show located in North Bar as well as Bandimere Speedway for all major races.
In 2021 Gringos Tacos Denver were awarded the Golden Ladle Award for winning Project Paves Battle Of the Chefs. In 2022 Gringos Tacos was also featured at the 2022 National Western Stock Show.
